A: You can drop off you computer anytime. Please let us know that you have a system you want us to repair and we will make sure it is received properly. We also offer a Pick-Up and Delivery service for your convenience.
A: Every computer we receive will be professionally evaluated and an estimate will be presented to the customer before any repair or upgrade is performed.
A: It is always important that your critcal files be backed up regularly. We will always try to ensure that all of your files remain safe and secure. If you would like us to perform a complete file backup of your system we will gladly do it. Before a system is formatted or wiped we will inform the customer properly so they can decide what action we will take.
A: They can be upgraded but the upgrades are limited. We can upgrade the software, RAM and hard disks along as well as flash the BIOS and install drivers when needed. The laptop is designed for travel and it is compact. Most components are on the main system board and cannot be upgraded. We do repair and replace the LCD screens, keyboards and powers supplies as well.
A: Your MIcrosoft Windows computer should receive updates from Microsoft on a monthly basis. The updates and patches should be installed to insure your systems OS runs properly. The security patches are critical and will help to evade any attacks on your system by a malicious virus or malware.
A: We will come to your residents or place of business after we determine that it would be the best possible solution. We have tools and software that is needed to repair systems that reside on multiple systems that cannot be transported very easily.
